Years ago, as a working parent, I struggled to find childcare for my 1-year-old. The lack of options forced me to make a tough choice: quit my corporate job or continue juggling an impossible situation. I chose to take control of the problem — starting a home daycare that grew into multiple thriving centers serving hundreds of families.
Years later, I found myself on the other side of the table — working with companies to help them create strategic, sustainable childcare solutions for their employees. I understand firsthand how the lack of quality childcare impacts working parents, and I also know how businesses can implement solutions that drive retention, productivity, and workplace culture while improving their bottom line.
